Continuing Education Refunds, Class Cancellations, and Class Vouchers
You must email Continuing Education to Drop a class.
Email email@example.com or call 541-463-6100 any day of the week, the first week of the term for full term classes or 3 working days before the class starts if it is 3 weeks or shorter. If you email requesting a drop they will look at the time of the email and date to make sure it fits in the drop period.
Full refunds to your debit/or credit card are given if you drop a class by Sunday, 11:59pm after the first class start date unless your class is three (3) weeks or less the refund deadline is 11:59 pm three business days prior to the start date of class. If you are enrolled in one of our Ed2go Career classes, these are non-refundable. Questions on Ed2go Career classes contact 866.441.5454 or email them at CareerServices@Cengage.com
No refunds are given after the refund deadline
It is your responsibility to know the refund deadline and drop any classes you do not plan to attend prior to the refund deadline. If you feel you deserve a refund you must email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you are requesting it. If you are granted a refund of any part, this will not include the $10 registration fee, this is a non-refundable fee.
Cancellation of Classes
Classes will be canceled 3 working days before the first day of class if it has not met the minimum number of students.
You may petition for a circumstantial request for a class voucher by submitting your request in writing to:

A committee will review all petitions to determine if a voucher for the full or partial class amount is warranted due to circumstances beyond the student’s control. Vouchers may be applied to the cost of future class/es, (good for two years after issue date). No refunds are issued after the refund deadline.
