Refunds & Drop Policy and Class Cancellations
IMPORTANT: You must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Continuing Education at 541.463.6100 to drop a class and/or request a refund.
It is your responsibility to know the refund deadline, explained below.
For classes FOUR weeks or longer:
Full refunds to your debit/or credit card are given if you drop a class by Sunday, 11:59pm after the first class start date.
For classes THREE weeks and shorter:
You must request an refund by 11:59 pm three business days prior to the start date.
No refunds are given after the refund deadline, except in rare circumstances. Email or call our office for information.
Cancellation of Classes
Classes are canceled usually 3 working days before the first day of class if it has not met minimum enrollment. You will be notified by email and receive an automatic refund to your credit or debit card, unless you paid by cash or check. In these cases, you will be mailed a check to the address we have on file.
