How does a screenwriter create compelling characters, tell dramatic stories, and construct memorable scenes for television, short, or feature-length films? In this course, students will study the structure, technical craft, and artistry of the screenplay format. Developing an initial  idea into a finished script, students will stud successful scripts, share their work samples, and write their own completed screenplay for independent production or sale to a production company.
