ClassGraphic Tofu is one of the most popular ways of processing and eating soy beans, which have served as one of the most important sources of protein for thousands of years in Asia. Nutritionally, tofu has as much importance in the Asian diet as dairy products, eggs and meat have for people in the West. We will make our homemade fresh tofu with organic soybeans.
