Yoga practices can relieve aching joints, increase mobility and balance, improve breathing, calm the mind and bring an overall sense of well being and confidence. Using a combination of chair and standing yoga poses, with individual attention, this class is designed to help people with little or no yoga experience re-gain posture, strength and quality of life. Beginners welcome.
