Join Chef Sandy Scheetz and learn how to make perfect pies to WOW your family and guests for the holidays. A hands-on class for the beginner or the expert. Learn techniques of mixing, rolling and baking. Pies will include savory and sweet, single and double (plus lattice) crust, “dutch” or crumb toppings and meringue for soft or cooked fillings. Bring a clean apron, a rolling pin, a container for leftovers, wear closed-toe shoes and cover hair for for safety. Meet near Titan Store in the Center Bldg. cafeteria.
