ClassGraphic We’ll fuel up first on a no-host late lunch at the Pig & Turnip in Springfield, where the “German-ish” menu includes brats, burgers and schnitzel. (For a less “pork-forward” menu, there are other eateries available as well in this PublicHouse dining area.), Then we’ll head to Eugene for a one-hour walking tour at Ninkasi Brewing Company to learn more about their craft beer brewing process. Learn about the inspiration for many of their popular brews and have a taste to fi nd your favorite. (Tasting flight is included.)
