ClassGraphic Join Midori Ikebe to learn about miso, a staple in Japanese cooking. Packed with probiotics, miso supports gut health, digestion and the immune system as well as adding a rich, layered taste to your food. This one-day workshop will offer a hands-on lesson on how to make your own miso using the traditional Japanese art of fermentation. Each participant will get their own 32 oz. jar of "baby" miso, made with organic soy, to take home, and snacks will be provided for tasting.
