Let’s celebrate the midlife transition and all the years of living fully we can enjoy thereafter. Contrary to the old medical paradigm that views menopause as a hormone deficiency disease, the menopause transition is also a vital developmental stage. It ushers in the springtime of the second half of life and is often accompanied by surges in creativity and vitality. It is a natural life event, a bridge to the Wise Woman stage of life, a time of deeper reflection, a spiritual gateway. You will learn a specially designed women’s yoga practice that supports your health and helps diminish some of the unpleasant symptoms of menopause. This multi-disciplinary, self-care, workshop includes Radiant Health Yoga®, acu-yoga, Dancing Mindfullness, mudra, meditation, chanting, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique and self-reflective writing. Helpful handouts will be provided. Take some time out for yourself to honor this sacred transition. Bring a journal, water bottle and your own yoga mat
