Knowing how to effectively scope, source, manage and implement a project is highly useful across industries and roles, making you a valuable asset to any organization. Project management differs from daily operational management. Project management is for one-time, time-bound projects with expected deliverables and a set budget, while daily operational management deals with recurring, repetitive aspects of any place of employment. Project Management requires a totally different way of thinking and skill set. These skills can be learned through LCC’s Project Management programming.

Develop practical, real-world skills that will enhance your career and improve your professional productivity. Learn the tools needed to effectively guide projects and team members with a practical approach that can be applied immediately to the workplace.

Our project management core curriculum is in alignment with latest Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) revisions, developed and taught by credentialed project management professionals.
