We will explore the local cuisine of our bountiful state at Eugene’s Provisions Market Hall during this demo class, enjoying a feast of flavors along the way, including red kuri squash soup; sage fritters & crème fraîche; roasted pork shoulder with roasted winter provisions, pinot noir saba, salsa verde and spicy lettuce, ending with warm quince pie with powdered sugar & nutmeg cream and concord grape tart. A bit of time will be included to pick up your own gourmet "provisions" to try at home.
