We are headed back to Provisions Market in Eugene to learn how to make French macarons – those stunning, colorful, giftable cookies! Pastry Chef Amy Mirate and her team will be leading an evening of step-by-step instruction; you’ll learn the fundamentals, as well as how to make a variety of jams and simple ganaches for filling. This hands-on class includes a glass of bubbly and a take-home package of macarons.
