Guided Meditation

Take time out for quiet meditation. Come as you are -- going to or getting off work, starting your day or in the midst of chores. Begin the hour with basic relaxation and focusing exercises, followed by a guided meditation and then a 30-minute silent meditation. The hour will end with a quiet relaxation exercise to return to the day's doings.
