ClassGraphic What's the secret to delicious gluten free (GF) baking? Join Chef Sandy and explore different GF flour blends with tried and true recipes. Make GF bread, cakes/cupcakes, sweets, and GF pasta for lunch. Leave with recipes and samples. Class will be held in a kitchen where gluten flours are used. Meet in the Center Building by the Titan bookstore. Wear closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair.
