ClassGraphic This 8-week mindfulness course is focused specifically on improving your overall health and well-being. Class will cover simple and effective techniques drawn from the Zen tradition that will support you in dealing with stress/pain, improve concentration skills and present moment awareness, and boost your overall health, energy, and vitality. This class is perfect for anyone interested in an introduction to mindfulness and meditation practice, and/or anyone looking for ways of dealing with stress-related problems like anxiety, fear, depression, pain, difficulty sleeping or chronic-fatigue.
