ClassGraphic Practicing yoga realigns your body, tones and lengthens muscles, and helps improve flexibility and balance. Core work focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region and lower back. This class will strengthen the core muscles while opening joints, releasing tension and toning muscles.
