In this introductory 4-week class, students will learn a few basic concepts of art-making as a form of mindful reflection and how this can be integrated into a daily or weekly practice for stress relief, combined with other mindfulness techniques for overall wellness and personal growth. No special skills required. Just be ready to relax and have fun exploring!
