ClassGraphic Presenter Kathy Murphy will discuss ways to create meals with the highest nutritional value and flavor. Meal plans will be shared that will increase the nutritional benefits by revising cooking methods, altering ingredients and making substitutions in standard recipes. Recipes and tips for combining foods for optimal nutrient absorption will be provided.
