This individual approach to yoga is designed specifically for those with mobility issues or physical challenges. Learn to modify poses and movements to meet your individual needs, while still getting the most of a workout. Class covers fundamentals of technique, form, alignment and modification. Wear flexible comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, small folding blanket or large towel.
